In house digitizing, CAD modeling, TIG welding, CNC milling and composites laminating capability allows us to keep everything under one roof and make rapid design changes without unnecessary overhead.  It also allows us to maintain quality control from beginning to end as well as full accountability for all aspects of the design and manufacturing process.

Stephen Ramm, owner of Aerosim Research Ltd., has 20 years of engineering expertise, including 20 years of CFD experience and 25 years of mechanical engineering experience.  We are able to draw upon that wealth of experience to solve your engineering challenges.

Short Run  Production

We are able to put our designs and your dreams into production.  Production runs of less than 500/year can be completed in house, while larger production runs can be outsourced as necessary.
